High definition color injection three-dimensional printing (3D Spectrum Z-510).
CeDInt has a high definition color injection three-dimensioan system (3D Spectrum Z-510). The injection printing allows to create clear features and precise color with textures configurable by software. It also allows to build high definition prototypes and models reflecting exactly their original design.
Three-dimensional prototypes are very usefull to evaluate designs in product development processes. Thanks to these models, design cycles are minimized and the process of creating new products is improved.
The main characteristics of prototypes abled to achieve with Spectrum Z-510 3D printer are:
- Maximum volume for each piece: 254x356x203mm. These individual pieces can be assembled with an special binding substance, in order to create greater pieces.
- Minimum depth for each layer: 1mm.
- Color: 24 bits/pixel.
- Resolution: 600 X 540 dpi.
- Plaster-like material
